Feedback for HP
Vivit's goal with our HP Feedback Program is to supplement and maintain
coordination with HP's Customer Advocacy Program. We believe that once you
hear the voice of your customer/user, you can make informed decisions that
drive changes and improvements in processes, people, deliverables,
documentation - everything that surrounds the customer experience.
Vivit's Feedback to HP Program aims to provide:
- A closed-loop feedback
process with which customer/user satisfaction is regularly measured, action
is taken and management is provided with accurate and timely reporting.
- A forum (Collective Voice)
where customer/user could provide HP with regular constructive feedback.
- Direct Representation to HP
Software Product and Business Management teams
- Through Vivit Customer
and Partner Councils
- Through Surveys and
related Data Analysis
- Opportunities to directly
interact with HP Staff at Vivit's events.
