Xiao-Jie (Jerry) Yan
Functional Architect

Xiao-Jie (Jerry) has more than 16 years of enterprise management software development experience in virtually every role: architect, developer and project manager. Jerry has been working with ITSM since 2007, starting from Service Manager integrations then Connect-IT, and most recently in Service Manager as functional architect.

Iris Geist
HP Service Manager R&D


Iris is a Service Manager Customer Facing R&D since last summer with ServiceCenter / Service Manager experience since 1998. She was an IT Helpdesk engineer before that. This picture was taken in Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve, where she has volunteered for 10+ years now.

Pete Budic
Functional Architect


Pete is a Functional Architect with the ITSM group, currently working on Service Manager. Coming from the Peregrine acquisition, he has worked with the SM product in both Professional Services and Development. Pete has been the technical lead behind many features in the product, most notably the Document Engine and Process Designer.

Steven Anderson
Senior Product Manager
HP Service Manager


Steve worked in ServiceCenter and Service Manager R&D for over 10 years as a developer, scrum master, team manager, and program manager. Steve has been in Product Management for Service Manager since the beginning of last year.
